We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Office Coordinator (FOC) to contribute to our newly upgraded and state-of-the-art dental practice.

Position: Part-Time Front Office Coordinator (FOC)

**Key Details**:

- Location: Newly Renovated Clifton Hill Dental, 5 km from Melbourne's CBD.
- Proximity to Public Transport: Close to public transport for easy commuting.
- Work Schedule: Part-time position, 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) with the option of a half-day on Thursday or Friday (negotiable).
- Start Date: Immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Patient Interaction: Provide a welcoming environment for patients, handle inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling.

2. Administrative Tasks: Manage front office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.

3. Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule and organize appointments to ensure optimal patient flow.

4. Billing and Insurance: Process billing and insurance claims in adherence to established protocols.

5. Clinical Experience: Preferred, with a good understanding of dental procedures and terminology.

6. Software Familiarity: Experience with Oasis software is highly desirable.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software, specifically Oasis.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and negotiate a half-day schedule.
