**Your new role**:
This trainee opportunity is a full-time permanent role with AWM Electrical in Carrum Downs.

You will be starting your career in a warehousing position, doing general storeperson duties (approx. 30% of the time) and making deliveries to customers in the work vehicle (approx. 70% of the time). Throughout your time in the warehouse, you will have the opportunity to gain your forklift licence. You will also have exposure to some customer service and sales, ensuring that you will be ready to jump straight into your next position with AWM with confidence.

After around 12 months of storeperson driver work, the aim is to have you move into a full-time customer service trade counter role. From here, the possibilities are endless and could lead to sales repping, operations or even branch management down the line You will be mentored through formal training and certificates relevant to your role throughout this traineeship opportunity.

- Prior experience working in a customer facing role (highly desirable)
- Current drivers licence (essential - P’s are OK)
