Production Assistant Vfx

Production Assistants are responsible for supporting the Producers and Production teams on a day to day basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with senior VFX staff, crew and key VFX clients
- Answer phone calls and take messages as appropriate (Sick or on holiday people for example)
- Update diaries and Calendars schedules
- General administrative duties as required
- Download and Upload material from Clients and other collaborators
- Prepare room and equipment for various meetings

**Essential Skills**:

- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with crew and clients
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong computer skills especially with Ms Office suite, including Excel & Word and of the Google Suite including Sheets and Docs
- Fluent in English, oral and written

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in a Production Assistant role
- Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production
- Previous experience using database, e.g. Shotgun or a similar production orientated tool
