An exciting opportunity is available for a Wardrobe Attendant to join the Crown Services team on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring that customers of Wardrobe receive a polished and professional experience. This will be achieved through ensuring a high level of service, accurate processing of uniform requirements, as well as maintaining the presentation standard of the Wardrobe area.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all of Wardrobe’s customers
- Undertake daily uniform carousel and rack checks within designated time frames.
- Process garments in the wardrobe system, including labelling and barcoding.
- Processing new starter’s uniform allocations
- Manual processing and assistance with Agency staff uniform requirements
- Comply with Crown’s requirements, policies and procedures.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience delivering customer service.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work shift work on a 24/7 roster, with the ability to work most weekdays, night shift, public holidays and weekends.
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
