**About the Opportunity**

Warringal Private Hospital is seeking a talented and experience CSSD Coordinator who can provide leadership and support to our sterilisation team on night shift. You will be an essential part of the team, overseeing the smooth running of workflow processes and quality outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining competency of self and other technicians in all sterilisation processes according to role and function
- Adhering to sterilising standards and relevant legislation that impact on practice
- Liaising with the Theatre & CSSD staff to ensure equipment is processed in a timely manner and to resolve issues relating to incomplete trays/missing instruments
- Recording all testing, compliance and repair work
- Undertaking internal audits as required

**Your Skills and Experience**
- A certificate IV qualification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Theatre sterilisation
- Previous experience in a leadership/coordination role
- Well developed knowledge of CSSD processes and tasks
- A strong customer service orientation and a high level of self-motivation

**Requirements**:
