We are seeking an experienced **Night Auditor** to join our team (as a Part-Time employee). This role will report to the Night Manager and is responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay.

- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- To handle cashiering and night audit procedures with efficiency and to ensure they are in line with the hotel accounting standards
- Be a point of contact for all guest needs
- To ensure our guests receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out
- Daily accuracy of all paperwork for the day and ensuring that all data processes are correct
- Assisting with Concierge when required

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- Preferred 1-2 years Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- The ability to work shift work including evening and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
