**About the role**

We currently have a vacancy for a professional Valet Driver & Concierge to join our world leading prestigious Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Miranda. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with this fast paced, innovative and respected brand. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for managing our customer's first impressions by offering superior customer service.

**The hours of this role will be**_Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5.30pm._**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clientele by providing a warm and professional greeting upon arrival to our dealership
- Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival, escort customer into the service reception lounge and introduce to the service advisor.
- Maintaining the car park to ensure available parking spaces for our customers.
- Assisting with our customers on the driveway of a morning & an afternoon
- Picking up and delivering customers vehicles to and from our busy workshop
- Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- General administration duties

**Skills and experience**
- Strong customer service focus
- Good communication skills
- Professionally presented
- Ability to work within a busy team with multiple priorities
- Strong administration skills
- Must have a current NSW unrestricted drivers license
