**The role**
- This is an entry level role, ideal for someone that is willing to take the next step on their career._

I'm currently looking for an experienced and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a **full-time Store Manager at our Sleeping Giant Bankstown store**. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to Area Manager, you will play a major role on our Sleeping Giant store’s success. Your new role will see you inspiring not just your customers, but also your team, with a **leading by example and can do attitude**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a retail manager / assistant manager, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
