With 500+ employees across 35+ branches and targeted locations, Onsite is driven by a core set of values which support our customer-centric vision - together we grow. **Description**: About the role Based at our FMG Christmas Creek / Cloudbreak Sites & reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand. The successful applicant will be on a 8:6 FIFO roster (fly-in-fly-out) from Perth. **As a Team Leader, FIFO you will**: - Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability - Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities - Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements - Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan - Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available - Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch - Conduct equipment servicing and repairs - Action non-compliant behaviour and investigate incidents - Contribute to a positive safety culture, and the achievement / maintenance of our "Destination Zero" - Report all hazards, incidents and near misses **Skills and Experiences**: Skills and experience A mechanical trade qualification Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand) Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills Ability to problem solve and be flexible Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage cost in line with budgets Benefits and perks Competitive base wage + Inclusion in Incentive plan Free salary continuance insurance provided Corporate Health insurance discounts with Bupa + access to TAL - Health for Life Program Access to WHEREFIT with exclusive discounts at leading fitness/ wellbeing brands If this sounds like a role and a business you’d like to join, then please APPLY NOW Onsite is committed to achieving a diverse and socially inclusive workforce.
