Medical Receptionist

Seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our great team willing to work across opening hours Monday to Saturday. Approx 30hrs a week. Attractive hourly rate available, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience with practice managment software and be a committed team player with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail. You must be passionate about being in the front line dealing with patients and corresponding with other associated services.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients
- Managing incoming/outgoing calls
- Managing electronic and postal correspondence
- Medical administration duties
- General cleaning of the practice
