Cafe Manager

**The best way to do this is to lead from the front and show them the way.**

**This would ideally suit those that have been responsible for running cafes in a leadership capacity. You have a thorough understanding of what it means to delight your guests every time and that the best way to achieve that is through your team.**

**What you will be doing**:
**-* **Leading by example and be hands on with your team.*

**-* **Delivering exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard across the team.*

**-* **Managing costs to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.*

**-* **Maintaining top presentation, cleanliness and brand integrity for your team and guests.*

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.97 per year
