**Support Worker Wanted** - Morning Shifts Make a Real Difference Every Day

Are you a compassionate, reliable individual who thrives on helping others live their best lives? We're looking for a dedicated **Support Worker** to join our team and provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes and communities.

**✨ Availability**:
**Morning shifts essential** - typically between 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM. Flexibility for additional hours is a bonus.

**✨ Location**:
North East - Bundoora and surrounding suburbs (Heidelberg, Diamond Creek, Epping, Mernda, Kew)

**✨ Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
- Assist with daily routines, appointments, and community access
- Build trusting relationships and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team

**✨ What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply
- Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
- Industry vaccination requirements or willingness to obtain
- Police Check or willingness to obtain
