**Work Health & Safety Advisor**:
Full time position in Perth with regular site visits across WA mine sites.

**The role**:

- A permanent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team within the Mining & Civil Industries.
- Based in the O'Connor office with regular site visits to the Pilbara and Goldfields site locations.
- Visible and proactive role to ensure compliance with WHS legislation, all policies, procedures and systems.
- This role will manage all work, health, safety aspects of Premium Mechanical Group.
- Promoting the core values and ensuring all operations are safely maintained for our employees, contractors, and clients.
- Liaise with client site representatives to provide support and conduct joint risk assessments and communicate the PMG Management Plan.
- Monthly WHS reporting including all return-to-work plans, incidents, safety stats, recordable injuries, and any notable terms of operational safety.

**What you need**:

- Cert IV in WHS, HSE or equivalent
- Proven previous experience in a WHS role or similar for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to identify and implement effective WHS initiatives across the business.
- Proactive approach to creating a team focus to WHS with practical real-world experience
- Ability to build and develop great working relationships both internally and externally
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement and think outside the box
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant acts, and regulations
- Client & Employer Focused / Safety conscious / Diligent attitude
