We’re looking for an early career Psychometrician to join our growing UK based team. Whether you're seeking a full time, part time, or contract role, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge career assessment tools with real-world impact.
**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of new and existing psychometric tools focused on employability, career readiness, and job fit
- Support the ongoing refinement of Intalo Group’s proprietary career assessment frameworks
- Analyse assessment data and generate insights to inform tool development and user feedback
- Work with career development experts, data scientists, and content designers to create accessible, engaging, and research-aligned tools
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
**About you**
- A degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
- Familiarity with classical test theory, item response theory, and statistical analysis methods
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, SPSS, or Python
- A strong interest in career development, employability, and human capital management
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a desire to learn
- Outstanding analytical ability, adaptability, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
