Short Order Fremantle is hiring

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Supervisor to help us deliver great service and food, who is experienced in any of the following:

- having a passion for burgers
- floor/kitchen management, including, leading a service; executing a high standard of quality food, excellent service and cleanliness
- ability to follow production guides and recipes
- understand the importance of operations procedures
- ability to give feedback and coaching respectfully to the team
- display exceptional customer service
- have a positive, can do approach when faced with problems
- an eye for detail and love of working with people
- an ability to communicate efficiently and professionally

We operate seven days a week 11am-9pm. You must have kitchen experience. You must be well presented, have a good work ethic, great attitude, able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

You will be an integral part of a busy, fun, professional working environment and will work closely with a close group of dedicated and experienced people who love what they do
