In this role, you'll step into a dynamic landscape where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth. As part of the Dale Alcock Homes Marketing Team, you will span a spectrum of strategic planning, digital and creative execution, all of which contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute annual retail strategies, with an emphasis on optimizing a rolling 12-month calendar
- Craft and deploy retail offers and promotions swiftly in alignment with strategic goals
- Contribute to the creation and execution of annual event and activation plans, partnering with Home Collective
- Assist the Marketing Manager in driving creative, digital, and media strategies to new heights
- Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly marketing reports, utilizing data insights for proactive recommendations
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Marketing Cloud, and other data sources to identify trends and enhance digital marketing efforts
- Contribute to the effective management of the annual marketing budget

**Who Will Thrive in This Role**

We're seeking an individual who embodies our core values and possesses:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Public Relations, coupled with at least three years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in managing paid and owned channels, including social media and Google AdWords
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and experience in executing retail strategies
- Adeptness in handling content management systems, graphic design platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding prioritization and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously
- A self-motivated and creative approach, coupled with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
