**About the role**

Providing comprehensive and appropriate Nutrition and Dietetic assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

Developing and promoting a high standard of nutritional care, optimising the nutritional status of clients through medical nutrition therapy and evidenced based practice. Acting as a resource and promote the role of nutrition within various clinical areas.
