**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process
- Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers
- Attending appointments and inspections at properties
- Booking and completing appraisals for clients
- Building and nurturing a database of clients
- Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping

Desired Qualities:

- Forward-thinking, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Mandarin or multilingual speaker as an advance.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- A collaborative team player, committed to supporting colleagues and working together
- Highly motivated with a passion for personal growth and development, supported by the company
- Open to feedback, with a willingness to contribute ideas and respect business policies
