**About the role**:
You will be providing advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding Early Intervention, Compensation and related HR issues at an APS6 level
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve problems, and identify alternative courses of action
- Initiate and monitor employee's workplace rehabilitation program

**About you**:

- Previous experience in Rehabilitation Case Management or a Work Health and Safety (WHS) discipline
- Previous Case Management experience
- Experience in specialist aeras including managing illness/injury and return to work, and workplace adjustment
- Ideally have experience with policy writing and interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised

**Benefits**:
