**About the Role**

The Facilities General Assistant will support the School in the maintenance and operations of the School’s buildings, cleaning, grounds and equipment, in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the School’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service. The Facilities General Assistant is responsible to the Principal through the Business Manager. On a day-to-day basis, duties are set by the Facilities Manager.

- Good communication skills;
- The ability to follow instructions;
- The ability to use initiative and work in a manner that is safe;
- An appreciation of the value and purpose of well-kept facilities;
- A genuine desire to work as part of a team and in a collaborative manner;
- The ability to manage their time and meet deadlines;
- A positive work attitude;
- A good quality of work produced.
- Have a current WWVP Clearance or the ability to gain clearance before commencement of employment
