With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a Full Time Store Consultant role now on offer in North Melbourne.

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is a multi-faceted role of customer service, admin and operations. We often say in storage that no 2 days are the same, some of the key daily duties would include:
**Your responsibilities include**:
Work in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
Liase and Assist our large range of commercial clients to ensure their needs are met on a day-to-day basis
Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals
Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities
Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards
Maximise sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication
Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures
Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims
Basic warehousing duties including pallet jacking, forklifting and dealing with a high volume of commercial stock

**Skills and Experience**:
Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
You have a motivated, proactive and positive attitude
Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Driver’s license and car (desirable)
Forklift License (desirable)
Previous experience working in logistics, warehousing or distribution (desirable)

This role would report to a Storage Manager, and you would be part of a team of Store Consultants. It also allows for career progression & growth, as the business expands.
