**Solid Plasterer / Team Leader - Mornington Peninsula & SE Suburbs**

Right Coat Render is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated **Solid Plasterer** to take on a **Team Leader** role within our growing crew. Based in Mornington, we specialise in **solid plastering**, **Venetian plaster**, and **microcement**, delivering high-end finishes on some of the most architecturally impressive homes across the Peninsula and southeast Melbourne.

- Proven experience in **solid and hard plastering**:

- Leadership ability and confidence running jobs onsite
- High attention to detail and clean work practices
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Physically fit and capable of the demands of the role
- Respectful, professional attitude on-site
- Open to learning Venetian plaster, microcement, and pump-based render systems
- Must be based in or willing to travel to **Mornington Peninsula & SE suburbs**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
