Reporting into the Head of Operations, we have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Protection and Resilience Officer to join Allianz Technology. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver and mature the overall protection and resilience framework within Allianz Technology and the core domains of business continuity management, IT service continuity management, protective security management, global incident management, crisis management and sustainability.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Formulate and deliver a vision and strategy for Enterprise Protection and Resilience within Allianz Technology, based on Group Policies and Standards. Encompass key resilience domains, including Crisis and Emergency Management, Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity (Disaster Recovery), Protective Security, and Sustainability.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver effective Enterprise Protective Security and Resilience Programs.
- Ensure programs align with the approved risk appetite and comply with regional regulations, as well as Allianz Group Protection and Resilience Policies and Standards.
- Support the Head of Operations in budgeting and financial management related to Enterprise Protection and Resilience. Contribute to productivity initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Guide and mentor team members to foster continuous skill development, cultivate high-performance through collaboration and engagement, facilitated by comprehensive talent development plans, well-balanced performance priorities, and clearly defined role descriptions.

**About you**
- Possess a tertiary qualification in a pertinent field related to operations, protective/physical security, service management, continuity, or crisis management, or demonstrate equivalent experience. Additionally, either currently hold or actively pursue Business Continuity (BCI) accreditation.
- Extensive experience in protective security and resilience management or a relevant field within a complex, matrixed financial services organization.
- Proven capability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders, fostering robust professional relationships and influencing outcomes. This includes a keen awareness of both IT and business strategy.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, completing tasks with thoroughness and precision. Possesses the ability to swiftly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- In-depth comprehension of controls pertaining to protective/physical security, resilience, continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis and incident management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present technical ideas in a non-technical manner.
