Personal Banking Consultant

**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Maleny branch team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the finance industry and seeking a good work/life balance.

This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful may also be required to work across any branch in the area.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Sound understanding of Queensland Country products and services
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Consumer lending or Personal Banker experience
