Barista/all Rounder

Role Overview:
We're seeking experienced Barista/All-Rounders who love creating exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer service. This is an opportunity to grow with the business from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Handle food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Process customer payments and operate POS system
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Stock management and inventory
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Strong team player with a positive attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW 2190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
