**Your Role at Nextt**:
Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering support for our clients.

Nextt is looking for male disability support workers to support a young client who is identified as aboriginal in **Bray Park**. The patient requires 1:1 support 24/7 across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers from an SDA property.

He displays some challenging behaviours(alcohol and drug issues), has a diagnosis of ASD (level 2), ADHD, Mild Intellectual Disability and struggles with anxiety.

The client requires support to learn new positive behavioral habits and be more willing and able to demonstrate more prosocial and constructive behaviours.

The client likes exercise, including running, push-ups, boxing, going to the gym, and cooking.

**Available Shifts**
Optmised roster available with fixed and long hours on weekly basis.

**Your skills and experience**:
Previous experience with juvenile care is highly desirable.

Previous experience with Mental Health or Intellectual disability

Experience with behaviours of concern

Experience with ASD, ADHD, AOD

Capacity building

Positive Behaviour Support

QLD blue card - P (WWC) (Current)

Current First aid and CPR certification

Valid Driver's License and Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle

NDIS Orientation Module (Quality, Safety, and You)
