**About the Role**: We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our clinic with a focus on exceptional patient care and streamlined operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to elevate our team and contribute to our mission of outstanding dental service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor dental and administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- **Operational Oversight**: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring effective monitoring of practice revenue and expenses.
- **Patient Relations**: Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving the overall patient experience.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the practice meets all regulatory requirements while maintaining high clinical and operational standards.
- **Marketing & Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in dental or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental or healthcare management role.
- Certification in Dental Practice Management is preferred but not required.
