**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are currently seeking a Corporate Waiter to join our Client Services team in our Sydney office. This role is full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. At times, there will be the requirement for some and additional hours to be worked outside the core hours
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Liaising with Client Services and Facilities Manager and Corporate Receptionist, regarding food and beverage requirements for meetings and functions and other areas as required.
- Provide waiter services for any functions being conducted on the premises.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared and any crockery used is cleaned and cleared.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are cleaned and always stocked. This also extends to the readiness of the client floor waiting area.
- Liaising with Chef regarding overseeing of consumables.
- Providing AV assistance, support clients and internal staff in the use of technology and video conferencing facilities.
- Supporting all client services staff when required.
- Assist with administration tasks.
- Assist in managing the daily activities within the staff kitchens.
- Flexibility to assist with occasional “hands on” kitchen duties and/or after-hours events.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
As well as having excellent communication and serving skills, the successful applicant will have:
- A high level of diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Passion for delivering high level customer service.
- Ability to problem solve under pressure and a can-do attitude.
- Flexible approach to resourcing and allocation of work.
- Developed understanding of clients’ needs through the checking of requirements and requests.
- Initiative and ability to demonstrate prioritising conflicting tasks.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft suite and RBS (Room Booking System).

Our Office Operations function includes Procurement, Building Operations, Document Production, Business Continuity and Client Services & Travel teams.
