Our Residential Services team currently operate in 13 homes across the Sydney region and are looking to expand our operations. We are currently hiring part-time Disability Support Workers across **Southeast Sydney** (Miranda, Barden Ridge, Canterbury, Caringbah, Gymea, Peakhurst) and **Southwest Sydney** (Bass Hill, Blair Athol, Chester Hill, Claymore, Kentlyn, Mt Annan and Ruse)

You will join a dynamic team that delivers person-centred support to people living with disability in a residential setting.

**What is person-centred support?**
- Today, have you made breakfast or packed your lunch?
- Do you drive, catch public transport, or get a taxi to work?
- Did you pick out your clothes, have a shower and brush your teeth?

You will enable participants to achieve a sense of independence and ensure quality of life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion by supporting them with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and personal care. Our Residential service operates 24 hours a day to ensure maximum care to our participants. Shift times ranging from mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.

**We are looking for people with flexible availability and willingness to work a variety of these shifts across our Sydney region.**

**What we are looking for**:

- Genuine desire to provide the best quality care for people with disability.
- Excellent communication and proven computer skills
- Initiative and drive to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working in a NDIS environment is highly desirable.
- Understanding of principles of active support will be viewed favourably.
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
