We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Window Cleaning/Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve delivering high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients using both traditional and waterfed pole methods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform window cleaning using both traditional and waterfed pole methods.
- Carry out additional exterior cleaning services including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assess client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high standards of service.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in window cleaning.
- Experience with both traditional and waterfed pole methods is essential.
- Working from Heights certification is required.
- Own tools are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
