About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable team member who can jump between barista, front-of-house service, and basic kitchen tasks. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create great coffee, serve customers with a smile, and help keep our café running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders.
- Ensure consistency in coffee presentation and taste.
Server Duties:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables and maintain a clean dining area.
Kitchen Assistance:
- Assist with basic food preparation (toasting, plating, assembling simple menu items).
- Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and maintain food hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
Skills & Attributes:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and positive.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow food safety standards.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
