**Make a Real Difference**
We are seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Director (or an experienced Lead Educator ready for their next step) to assist our Mawson team and take on the role of Educational Leader. Mawson OSHC is located at Mawson Primary school and is licensed for 143 children. The leadership team consists of a Director, an assistant director, team leaders and deputy team leaders. There are also consistent casual educators who work across the week. You will play a key role in delivering a quality Before and After School Care program at our service in Mawson, working with a team of dedicated educators and consistent casual staff throughout the week.

As the **Educational Leader**, you will guide and mentor educators, ensuring the implementation of a high-quality educational program that meets the developmental needs of children. You will support the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the program and foster an environment where educators, families, and children feel welcomed and have a strong sense of belonging.

**Position Details**
- Permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), working block shifts 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Split shifts may require to fill ratios or cover absences within the leadership team
- **Above award wage**, including:

**Children’s Services Award** - Children’s Services Employee Level 5 with a salary range of $35.13 - $36.28 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation, based on experience and qualifications
- Educational Leader allowance $2.23 per hour
- Split shift allowance of $19.00 per day (if applicable)
