**Position Overview**:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Agent, you will be crucial in spreading awareness about our charity partners and raising funds to support their initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage with potential donors face-to-face, sharing the incredible work being done by our partner charities and inspiring them to contribute. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach potential donors in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Communicate the mission and goals of our partner charities with enthusiasm.
- Build rapport and trust with potential donors to encourage contributions.
- Provide information about various donation options and levels.
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of interactions and donations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team fundraising goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for charitable causes and making a difference.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong resilience and determination.
- Previous sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $49,730.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Brisbane, QLD (preferred)
