**Job Description**:
Toll Group Resources and Industrial division are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage the Origin Cylinder transport operation from our brand new Pinkenba office. Leading a team of over 30 drivers, this role will be responsible for the performance management, safety and compliance of the team, as well as developing culture on site.

Reporting to the QLD Manager - Origin Cylinders, this role will contribute to achieving business strategy by working to daily plans, whilst being flexible to changing priorities and business needs. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 5am to 3pm.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will:

- Identify and recommend innovations to improve work practices, business equipment or systems and the workplace.
- Listen to customers and gain an understanding of the wider needs and their views on service quality.
- Develop strong relationships with all Drivers and customer and Operations staff.
- Deliver daily safety and compliacne reports, working losely with Compliance and Operations personnel.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in transport scheduling or leadership positions highly regarded.
- Agile decision making, with the ability to execute effective tasks and decision making within your responsibilities.
- Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakehodlers.
- Alignment with the Toll Values, and Safety Obsessed culture.
