**Canning Vale OSHClub**is looking for a passionate and motivated** Outside School Hours Care** **Coordinator** to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for **38 hours per week guaranteed**, leading a team of Educators at a medium 60 licence capacity service. This is a fantastic opportunity for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing great and large service and passionate about development of a team with great support structure provided by the leadership team.

Hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 09:00 AM **(Rise then Shine Program)** and 03:00 - 6:00 PM **(Stay and Play Program)** + additional admin hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

**About the role**

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
- Australian work rights

**Qualifications**
Looking for an experience qualified educator with background in supporting children with complex needs and support families from diverse background
