Service Technician

Sliding Door Doctor is a Perth business with over 25 years’ experience in repair’s and replacement of Windows and Doors. An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic **Service Technician and Windows and Door installer** to join the Sliding door Doctor team in a **full-time role**.

We are currently looking for a service technician, windows and door installer to join our expanding team. The role will involve maintenance and installing of doors and windows such as aluminum door frames, security doors and wooden doors in residential and commercial properties as well as assembling doors and frames in our Perth workshop.

**Job responsibilities will include.**
- High quality service repairs and installations
- Ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers
- Handling and resolving of customer complaints within in company guidelines
- Completion of paperwork and service invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements of the role will include.**
- Great attitude with a friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Heavy lifting, indoor, outdoor, and manual work required
- Ability to work individually and within a team environment
- Current and valid Australian driver’s license
- Security installer license
- Be a team player
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Work with companies set KPIs
- Enjoy’s meeting and interacting with customers
- Embrace changing technology and efficiencies
- Previous installer experience desirable
