**Our First Nation's Clerkship Program - What's in it for you?**

Our First Nation's Clerkship Program is not only a great opportunity for law students to gain valuable practical experience, but it’s also a chance to understand our mission and the culture at McCullough Robertson. Many of our clerks will go on to join our firm through our graduate program.

We offer this program to pre-penultimate and penultimate law students in our Brisbane office.
- **The Program** - you are offered an opportunity to strengthen your practical understanding and broadening your experience of the law. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best, working closely with our partners on complex and high-profile matters.
- **Diversity and Inclusion** - through our dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Committee, we provide an inclusive working environment allowing our people to bring their whole selves to work, embedding our six diversity pillars; Gender, Family and Flexibility, Cultural Diversity, LGBTIQ+, Disability and Access, and Reconciliation Action Plan in everything we do.
- **Community** - our people have the opportunity to give back and facilitate positive social change through pro bono work, supporting community partner initiatives and donations. - **Future career opportunities** - students completing our Clerkship Program will be considered for ongoing casual opportunities and our 18-month Graduate Program. Our Graduates are fully supported as they undertake PLT and throughout the admission process.

The program you choose now could define your career, so it’s important you make the right choice. McCullough Robertson are renowned for challenging our clerks and graduates early in their career and providing a growth pathway - starting with our Clerkship Program and moving towards securing a place in our 18-month Graduate Program.

You will have the opportunity to join one of our legal teams for a four week structured development program. Programs run four times a year, in November/December, January/February, April/May and June/July. You will be paired with a junior Lawyer or Graduate who will be your buddy, and ensure you feel supported and comfortable along the way.
