- Work part time - 3 to 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), depending on what suits your study needs
- Appointment will be for the duration of your undergraduate studies.
- $34.68 per hour + 12% super (level 1)
- Location: Narangba

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated University Student to work in our **Building and Facilities** team

As part of the Assets and Open Spaces Services department, the Building and Facilities team, you'll observe and support the team in research and **development projects** to gain an understanding of **professional practices** and decision-making processes, assist in the **preparation and organisation of documentation**, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Working alongside professionals in this field**, you will gain some great knowledge in the area of your studies as you assist the team in managing contracts and compliance for a range of maintenance contracts across more than 1,800 facilities in the City of Moreton Bay region.

Your enthusiasm and drive will be paired with exceptional **customer service skills**as we strive to provide a great experience for all of the stakeholders we interact with.

You will be currently enrolled in relevant university studies ideally with a building and facilities, project and asset management, construction or engineering focus.

You'll require a Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence, and a Construction Induction Card (or willing to obtain).
