As the OSHC Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for school-age children outside of regular school hours. Your leadership, creativity, and commitment to quality care will ensure that children's needs are met while creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate programs that promote learning, social interaction, and personal development.
- Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional care standards are maintained.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as rostering, attendance records, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in accordance with relevant industry standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain effective communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working in an OSHC setting or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Passion for creating engaging and educational activities for children.
