Makibe Australia Pty Ltd is a successful recruitment company based in Campbelltown, NSW. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Office Allrounder to join our office. The role will initially be 4 days per week Monday to Thursday and eventually 5 days per week as the role develops.

The successful applicant will be someone who is self-motivated and eager to with prospects of becoming fulltime permanent. You will have excellent organisational skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will have to be able to multi-task and think on your feet.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
2) General office and administrative duties, including filing and record management.

3) Data entry administrative tasks as required.

4) Complete project related administrative tasks.

5) Updating project documentation and company systems.

6) Provide support to the management team as required.

7) Ensuring the office is well presented and tidy.

8) Liaising with job networks regarding wage subsidies.

9) Attending to casuals’ enquiries and maintaining their records efficiently.

10) Debt collection and monitoring aging of invoices.

12) Assisting the team with ad hoc duties.

13) Assist with payroll - previous experience not necessary but the desire and ability to learn are.

1) Australian Citizenship/ Permanent Residency.

2) Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

3) Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

4) Good attention to detail with good written and verbal communication.

5) Confidence and maturity to liaise professionally with team members, casuals and clients.

6) Good organisational and time management skills.

7) Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

8) Proven punctuality and reliability.

9) Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with limited supervision as needed.

10) Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy, numeracy and grammar.

11) Professional attitude and presentation.

**Desirable but not manadatory**:
1) Payroll experience

2) Fasttrack 360 experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
