Sweet Surprises are seeking confident people with great face to face communication skills and at least 1 year of customer service experience to join our friendly team.

As a member of the Customer Service Team you will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional service and must have a genuine passion for dealing with people.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Operating cash registers and processing payments
- Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock
- Keeping the store tidy and well presented

**To be successful you must have full availability across all retail hours including weekdays and weekends.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
