**Position**: Support Worker/Cleaner

**Role Overview**:
As a Support Worker/Cleaner in our home care team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering compassionate and reliable assistance. Your responsibilities may include helping with daily activities, personal care, light housekeeping, and creating a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily personal care, such as grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Provide essential housekeeping services: cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Support meal preparation and help with shopping or errands as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
- Adhere to individual care plans and maintain high-quality service standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Genuine compassion for and interest in supporting elderly or disabled clients.
- Prior experience in home care, aged care, or cleaning roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Reliability, a proactive approach, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Arabic speaking is benefit
- must have a car

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $52.90 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
