Survey Drafter

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of subdivision plans to Land Use Victoria standard
- Preparation and management of asset recording as-constructed plans (sewer, water potable & recycled, DSPEC, RSPEC & Electrical)
- Maintain drafting products at a standard satisfactory to the Team Leader
- Assist in the development of drafting skills of CAD personnel
- Completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, in compliance with SMEC’s QMS and SHE Standards

**About You**
- Diploma, Certificate or equivalent course in CAD (AutoCAD)
- Relevant survey drafting experience within a land survey design consultancy or similar
- Ability to use basic theoretical knowledge of CAD surveying principles to analyse and interpret information
- Excellent communication skills
