We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised support to our clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and medication management.
- Support clients in accessing community activities and social engagements.
- Implement individualised support plans and document progress.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
