**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead daily lab operations
- Undertake equipment calibrations as required
- Ensure continuous compliance with the laboratory management manual and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Supervise and mentor technicians to support performance and development
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to uphold accuracy and reliability.
- Review calibration reports and uncertainty data for accuracy
- Liaises with internal audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements.
- Develops, improves and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in a NATA-accredited lab or similar
- Technical diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Metrology, or a similar technical discipline
- Experience in calibrating electrical and electronic test and measurement equipment
- Broad knowledge of calibration, measurement, and uncertainty
- Experience supervising or mentoring in a technical setting
- Strong communicator
- Focused, proactive, and organised

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
