As a **Housekeeping Supervisor**, you will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and productivity are achieved and maintained within the department through effective supervision, training and team member engagement of this large and diverse team. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our team and guests at The Star Sydney. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Train new team members in all policies and procedures ensuring team members are competent in all areas - Monitor and issue supplies and equipment to Guest Room Attendants - Actively participate in daily briefing - Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and corridors ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained - Coach Guest Room Attendants on job performance **What we are looking for**: - Previous supervisory experience within a hotel services environment - Strong leadership skills with a great eye for detail - Excellent communication skills - Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude - Flexible availability to suit business requirements **About you**: As a seasoned expert in leadership and housekeeping, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
