**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- Hello We are a single parent family of 4 - a boy (11), a girl (9), a mum and a mini schnauzer (2). We are looking for someone to help us out 3 afternoons a week while I am finishing work. The kids are happy, bright and friendly. My son in Year 6 is fairly quiet and reserved, and my daughter in Year 4 is the opposite and very chatty. The role involved school pick up at 3.10pm (school is literally next door so it's a breeze), supervising homework, taking them to their Tuesday swimming class, making dinner (either simple or reheat something I have made), making up next day's lunchboxes and getting them through showers. Also supervising screen time which they would do all afternoon/evening if left unchecked They love hanging with friends on play dates, heading to the park or beach, board games, Lego and of course screens. My son is tennis mad and has two lessons a week on Monday and Wednesday which he takes himself to on foot. My daughter loves to play the piano and to cook. I am working in infrastructure project delivery (Metro) so my days can be quite busy and intense and I often need to get back online after I am home. I like my job and my team, it's just busy When I'm not working I like to do pilates or swimming and reading.

**Your Duties**:

- Think I have described most of these in the role description above, but should also add there will be some laundry, small amount of ironing and things like unpacking the dishwasher and helping the kids to keep the house tidy and pack away their things.

- Our ideal caregiver is kind, confident, experienced with primary school and early secondary kids and wants to become a valued part of our team by helping me out so I can get my work done and the kids can still get the things they need for activities and play dates. Our caregiver will be safe, reliable and trustworthy. Our caregiver enjoys spending time with kids (mostly) and wants to help them grow into great little humans.
