We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Australian team in a client-facing capacity, where you will become a pivotal part of our clients' success by transforming their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.**

Working as a crucial bridge between business and technology, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver innovative, actionable data solutions that solve real-world challenges. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be key to your success.

We are looking for an individual who thrives on detail and possesses a proven track record of handling large volumes of data, with a sharp focus on data quality, analysis, and reporting. Your strong background in CRM platforms, particularly Oracle Service or Sales Cloud, will be essential. You are a master of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, using these tools to present data and communicate complex ideas effectively. As a natural collaborator, you excel at working closely with business users to refine requirements and design tailored solutions. Your excellent personal time management and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision will allow you to flourish in our fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing, analysing, and reporting on large volumes of data.
- A strong focus on ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Experience leading or supporting complex data migration initiatives within large IT ecosystems.
- Strong background in CRM platforms, with specific experience in **Oracle Service Cloud** or **Oracle Sales Cloud** being ideal.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **Microsoft 365**, particularly for data presentation and communication.
- Familiarity with tools for interacting with relational databases (e.g., **Oracle**, **Microsoft SQL Server**) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong personal time management and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional IT experience in a large organisation.
- Prior experience in the **Higher Education** sector is considered a significant advantage.
