This is an exciting opportunity for an
**Enrolment and Administration officer **who believes in providing exceptional customer service. Working in the reception area, you will be meeting and greeting families and responsible for the overall administration of enrolments, attendance recording, and childcare subsidy.

Be part of a collaborative team where you will be working in consultation with the Director alongside other dedicated Early Childhood Education professionals that truly put the child’s quality of care at the forefront of everything they do.

- Experience working independently, demonstrating initiative to ensure all tasks are completed at a high level.
- 12 months of experience in a similar role or within education and care is essential.
- Experience using Xplor or other Child Care Management Software System (CCMS).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate systems skills including Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel.

**About the role**
- The Early Learning Preschool has a wonderful connection within the community, it is located on school grounds providing Education and care experiences up to 77 children per day.
- Rostered times are negotiable without compromising the business needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to children and their families.
- Access to your own desk and computer that is not accessible to the children.
- PRODA account (used for CCMS). Training is provided.
- Access to wellbeing initiatives including employee wellness program (Employee Assistant Program).

**Job Requirements**
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check **(WWCC).**:

- Police Check and Current working rights.
- Covid 19 **Vaccination **_(double Vaccinated)_ or approved **Medical Exemption.**

**Desirable**
- Relevant Certificate in Business Administration.
- Provide first aid in a childcare setting **(HLTAID012)** _(04 - superseded)_ or willing to obtain.
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk **(CHCPRT001) **or willing to obtain.
