Our **Darlinghurst **restaurant form part of a vibrant, passionate and dynamic national team. Established in 2003, **Santorini on oxford **pride itself in providing an exceptional and unique greek dining experience.

**Santorini on oxford **has a unique atmosphere and ambiance which is dedicated to our Greek heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings.

**The successful applicants will have**:

- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Thrives under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of service
- Previous experience in a similar high volume restaurant
- Proven ability in 3 plate carry, drink tray service and following sequence of service standards
- Impeccable presentation, grooming and communication standards
- Willingness to undergo our specific company training program
- A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experience and dedicated to Santorini on Oxford Long-Term
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends
